PRO-KLIMA’s modular KG Top series combines the advantages of mass production with the flexibility of a tailored design. Choose from 23 different sizes to put together the appliance you want. This unique level of flexibility enables a short response and short delivery times thanks to predefined, readily available modules.
The PRO-KLIMA KG Top range of high-efficiency units for office buildings, hotels, industrial facilities, retail spaces and hospitals meet a demanding set of requirements. More than 50 years of expertise has gone into every single module.

KG Top

  • Louvre dampers: Airtight, externally mounted or integrated in line with DIN EN 1751 standard, casing tightness category 2 and 4, optional double lip, zinc-plated, powder-coated or stainless steel finish.
     
  • Immaculate hygiene: Gears located outside the air flow.
     
  • Filters: The right filter for the mission. Pro-Klima filters for the KG Top line were developed within Wolf group and exceed usual standards, e.g. Bag filters are held clear of the base thus guaranteeing outstanding hygiene.
KG Top

  • Smooth-running, efficient EC motors combined with latest generation of fan impellers.
     
  • Trays, covers and side walls: the absolutely smooth and gap-free interior guarantees perfect hygiene. Zinc-plated, powder-coated and/or stainless steel versions available.
     
  • Heating coil in line with VDI 6022 as standard.

  • Appliance frame: optional internal frame
    Height-adjustable legs, 60-mm appliance base frame, 
base frame height 200–500 mm (optional).
     
  • Easy Lifting: Lifting eyes for straightforward transportation by crane or helicopter.
WOLF KG top

  • Control and monitoring equipment:
    On request, any appliance can be equipped with a control unit. We provide special programming in line with the requirements of your project.
  • Fully wired On request, we can deliver any appliance to your construction site fully and flawlessly wired.
     
  • Field devices, actuators and sensors:
    Individually coordinated and fitted
    high-quality components.
KG Top - Perspektive von außen

  • Doors: All doors equipped with glass fibre-reinforced handles and rotary closure with automatic safety catch and/or lever/twin-lever closure with optional lock.
     
  • Coated for indoor or outdoor use: The appliance
    can be powder-coated in any RAL colour or finished with salt-water-resistant C5M paint.

State-of-the-art AHU 

The series only uses the latest generations of each fan and heat recovery system, like highly efficient thermal wheel heat exchangers (TWHE) with temperature and humidity transfer levels of over 90% and unprecedented tightness rates of 98% to VDI 3803/5. PRO-KLIMA also always complies with all relevant standards and regulations. Heat generators and cooling sources can be integrated into the appliance if required.

KG Top heat recovery

  • Highly efficient thermal wheel heat exchanger

    Flexible heat recovery with a compact footprint

    Thermal wheel heat exchangers function as regenerative heat recovery systems (WRG). They are suitable for use across the entire air flow rate range. With the benefit of their compact design and ability to transfer high heat recovery outputs, they are especially effective in higher air flow rate ranges. The AHU achieves temperature and humidity transfer levels of over 90% and unprecedented casing tightness rates of 98% according to VDI 3803/5.

  • High-performance run-around coil system

    Highly efficient heat recovery throughout the entire system.

    Highly efficient heat recovery, even in areas with particularly stringent indoor air quality requirements. Complete separation of the supply and extract air flows means that no pollutants, moisture, odours or bacteria can be transferred from one to the other.
